KFC Bedford - Interchange Retail Park in Bedford

"I am a believer in giving fair feedback. A few years ago this was awful. Unclean, regular mistakes with orders, some unsavoury staff to BUT the last handful of visits at the retail park we have noticed something had changed for the better. Now they have better chips, orders every time is perfect and the seating area is inviting and clean. Another issue was you getting beans when you ordered gravy so now they have clear plastic pots so the staff can see what they are actually serving. Well done for turning the place around the chicken is always on point from here and as I say the orders have been corrected every time. Pat on back for resolving the issues people notice"

"It's KFC, at the end of the day. Modern decor, clean interior and decent choices of music. Staff seemed chipper and all taking on their tasks with enthusiasm. Also, if you're looking to lose a few pounds of weight but don't want to break an eating habit of a lifetime, I can heartily recommend the salad and rice boxes. Good stuff!"

"I'm lovin the rice zinger salad....chicken and everything I've tried here always been great. Once had bad service but was rectified. Only once out of dozens of times I've been here. :-).....mmmmm"

"A good place to go, hence why I do still take the little one here when they want a KFC, just wish they had enough staff to do the table service as it's not the best for waiting around for your order."

"Nice venue. Good chicken. Lot of messy tables, so had to clean one first. Plastic cups for drink, one had a split in. Would use again, traffic on entering exchange can be busy. Visit date 21/10/21. 2pm ish. Restaurant empty but for one table. Clean interior. Quick friendly counter service. No ice for drinks ! Ice is a must for me. Had to ask for condiments, again I find this disappointing, its so easy to get right. Chicken really good, exactly as you would expect and quick. Would visit again as good location and food quality good."

"These guys had a bit of technical meltdown last night and handled it brilliantly. They kept their calm and powered through the orders all working off one screen. Despite the chaos they didnt have anyone complaining about getting the wrong orders either. Well done guys!"

"Nice clean area with the usual range of menu for these places. The service is good, usually fairly quick as it never seems very busy when I go during the week and the food is hot which is good. I hate cold chips. Portions do seem a bit small for the price though. I guess that is all over and not just this branch."

"Ordered some food and received the wrong delivery. The driver was pretty clueless and advised me to phone the restaurant. I phoned the restaurant several times but no answers. I had spent £27 on food and there was no way that I would let my money be wasted. I drove to the restaurant. The manager/supervisor in charge was called Ben. He listened to the issue and told me to wait. Within minutes I received my order. Thank you Ben for your professionalism who made me forget the issue with the delivery. I would however like to say that I was able to drive to the restaurant for the issue to be resolved. If I had been disabled or without a car I would probably have not had the same outcome. Food for thought for KFC area managers..."
